This is just a great country track. Not sure what else to say about it. It just stands out from a lot of the other crap that top country playlists are full of.

Luke Combs – Must’ve Never Met You & This One’s For You
The first album by Luke Combs has just grown and grown since it’s first release in 2017 and has grown even more since the re-release with even more tracks in 2018. These are two of my favorites that you may not have heard yet.
Charlie Worsham – Young To See
I first heard this track on the television show “Bones”. It’s funny how and where you hear tracks that you like, but I’m a believer that you need to be open to all avenues to encounter new music. Great songs can appear in all sorts of ways and I’m happy that I searched for this track after hearing it in a television show. I hope you realize how fantastic it is just like I did.
Rascal Flatts – Yours If You Want It
I first heard these guys back in 2005 with their mega cover “Bless The Broken Road” and then gained some more respect for them with another great cover of “Life Is A Highway”. I haven’t heard much from them over the last couple of years, until their newest single caught my attention. It’s catchy and enjoyable in all the right ways for a pop country tune. Good on these guys for knocking out country singles for over ten years now. Extra props for the music video with goofy band cameos, Chris Farley’s brother Kevin as the lead actor and it all being directed by William Zabka (Karate Kid).
Luke Combs – Hurricane
Really wished I would have posted this ages ago when I first heard it and not after it’s been a massive success. Oh well, at least I can hopefully turn this track onto someone that may have missed any country radio station for the past 6 months. Long story short, it’s a great pop/country track that fits the sing-a-long mold perfectly. Just try and get this one out of your head.
Kelsea Ballerini – Peter Pan
A really perfectly crafted pop-country track that has stuck with me since I first heard it. While she hasn’t released a video for it yet, I’ve included the released audio as well as a live version below. Enjoy!
Zac Brown Band – Homegrown
A damn catchy song. Repeat listens are inevitable on this new one. It won’t match their classic: “Chicken Fried” but this is certainly the catchiest track they’ve released since then.
Hunter Hayes feat. Jason Mraz – Everybody’s Got Somebody But Me
Possibly my favorite track from Hunter Hayes. Super catchy, and with a great feature as well. Can’t go wrong.
Eric Church – Hell On The Heart
Took me a couple listens before I got into this one, but in the end it’s just a really well written track.
RUBBER DUC – CHOCOLATE
A very cool twist on the 1975’s song “Chocolate”. Certainly the most unique take on the song I’ve heard from three guys from South Africa going as the band: “Rubber Duc”. Well done.
