A fantastic mashup here. Bastille, Deadmau5 and Eric Prydz. The White Panda does an unbelievable job incorporating the vocals into this track. The original Bastille song isn’t quite so good anymore.
TOUCH SENSITIVE – PIZZA GUY
I love the 80’s synths in this, but the song goes deeper. Really cool to listen to driving at night. At least for me.
BOY – LITTLE NUMBERS
A cute video from the band BOY performing their single “Little Numbers” at the Union Hall in Brooklyn. The band is caught off guard when the crowd starts to sing their chorus. Nice song too!
THE NOTORIOUS BIG – BACK TO CALI (YINYUES REMIX)
A really well done, slowed down version of this hip hop classic. Until I heard this, I would have said it couldn’t be done. Somehow, it works, and works well.
NICOLAS JAAR – MI MUJER
This song just oozes cool. You’re not sure why or how, but you can’t not dance to this tune. Sensational!
DJ SCHMOLLI – FIRE IN THE SKY
A DnB mashup of epic proportions. So cleanly done. Bravo. Listening to this on repeat.

A really solid indie-dance track. Love this sort of stuff. Not quite pop, not quite dance. Straddles multiple genre lines. Great vocals too.

What a classic! Hip hop at it’s best. 18 years old and it still works.
DAFT PUNK SAMPLE BREAKDOWN
A very good breakdown of the sampling Daft Punk did of Eddie Johns. Pretty hard to refute, although Daft Punk still does.
